Our Process
Residential Step By Step Process

Enquiries
An enquiry is made to Bendigo Building Repairs (BBR) via a phone call or email requesting a quote for the proposed works. This enquiry is uploaded to our system, ready for a call back to book an appointment with the estimator.

Quote
Our friendly estimator will be scheduled to visit your house to discuss your proposed job, offering ideas to get the best understanding of what you want completed. They will then create a detailed quote so you can understand the process of your project.

Handover
Once your quote has been accepted via email or through our job management system, a handover is completed from our estimator to our Project Manager, and Project Administrator. This ensures our team has clear instructions on how the job should be completed and aligns with what was discussed during the site visit.

Job Commences
After the handover is done and all relevant materials are booked/organized, the job will be scheduled around your available dates, with a start date and completion date. On day one, our Project Manager will review the job onsite with our in-house trades. Our trades and project admin team will keep you updated throughout the entire process, ensuring you are informed and at ease.

Job Completion
When your job has been completed to your satisfaction, our trades will obtain a sign-off form on-site. Our office will then contact you directly to ensure you are happy with the completed work. Only once we know you are satisfied will the invoice be sent.
