Purchase Order Received

When Bendigo Building Repairs (BBR) receives a purchase or work order from our panel builder, we enter the job into our system and notify the client via phone or text.

Estimator

Our estimator will visit the site for larger jobs or review photos to ensure nothing is missed, create a cutting list, and prepare a labor schedule. If there are discrepancies, we will contact the panel builder.

Handover

Once we have clear photos and understand the job, our estimator will hand the job over to the Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Project Administrator.

Job Booked

After all materials are booked/ organised, the job will be scheduled with the insured, and a start date will be provided. The panel builder will be updated with the schedule and timelines. BBR will maintain weekly contact with the panel builder to provide updates on their jobs

Job Completed

Upon job completion, BBR staff will collect a sign-off form and contact the client to ensure satisfaction. All photos and relevant information will be sent to the panel builder.
