Commercial Step By Step Process

Enquiries
An enquiry is made to Bendigo Building Repairs (BBR) via a phone call or email. If a quote is required, please follow the residential step by step process to understand our exact process. If the job is a do-and-charge, our friendly office staff will enter your job into our system with as much detail as possible in preparation for the handover.

Handover
Once your job has been handed over from the office staff to the Project Manager, we will then phone your company back and book the job at the earliest convenient time.

Job Commences
Our in-house trades will arrive on site on time. They will then receive a rundown of the job from either yourself or one of your staff to gain a clear understanding of what is needed to complete the job to your satisfaction (this is only needed on complex jobs). If anything arises that differs from the plan, you will be contacted to work out the best solution to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Job Completion
When your job has been completed to your satisfaction, our trades will obtain a sign-off form on-site. Our office will then contact you to ensure you are happy with the completed work. Only once you are satisfied will the invoice be sent.
